Version: 2026-11-01. Calls made with an API key imply acceptance of this version.

Acceptance

A Customer_Key records the accepted version and its acceptance timestamp when it is created, and can accept a newer version at any time with POST /legal/terms/accept. A key that has not accepted the current version is refused on metered routes until it does (HTTP 403).

Acceptable use

The API is for B2B company research. Automated high-volume access outside the documented rate limits and quotas, resale of raw results as a competing API, and use of discovered addresses for unlawful solicitation are not allowed.

Credits, billing and quotas

Metered routes consume credits according to the documented per-route cost. Credit purchases and refunds are processed by Stripe; purchased credits do not expire. Free-tier credits reset every UTC calendar month and quotas apply per key.

Upstream attribution

French registry data comes from "API Recherche d'Entreprises" (DINUM), Licence Ouverte 2.0, and is credited in the source field of the responses that include it.

Liability

Results are inferred (scraped, summarized by a language model, pattern-matched) and delivered without any guarantee of accuracy or deliverability. Mailboxes are not probed. The service is provided as is, without liability for the use made of the results.
