FAQ

What is a credit?

One credit is the unit each endpoint charges: a company search costs 1 credit, an email find 2, a qualification 4, a full enrichment 8. Cached results cost less. See the table above.

What happens when I run out?

Customer keys get 402 Insufficient credits until you buy a pack. The free allowance resets on the 1st of each month (UTC); purchased credits never expire.

Are the email addresses verified?

No mailbox is probed. Addresses are inferred from published company patterns, with a confidence and a source. Deliverability is never guaranteed.

Where does the data come from?

Public company websites, DNS records (MX, SPF, DMARC) and the French registry “API Recherche d’Entreprises” (DINUM, Licence Ouverte 2.0), credited in each response’s source field.

How do I opt out or delete data?

Use the opt-out endpoint for a domain or a person, or read the privacy notice for retention and legal bases.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — refunds are handled by Stripe and remove the proportional credits from the purchased balance. Contact support with your key prefix and the payment reference.

What are the rate limits?

Free plan: 60 requests/minute per key. Legacy shared tokens: 300/min. Exceeding a limit returns 429 with Retry-After.
